Biography

With a background in writing and a Master′s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications, Vanessa Giancamilli Birch is a communications professional with a decade of experience. She has worked for major corporations, such as Kmart, 3M and Thomson Gale; been a consultant for Deloitte and as an independent writer, editor and public relations consultant; for public relations agencies such as Marx Layne & Company and Airfoil Public Relations; and for professional services providers such as Dickinson Wright. She has experience in most aspects of marketing and communications, including public relations, advertising, development of marketing collateral, Web site copy and usage analysis, social and interactive media. She also is the published author of three children′s books.
