Senior technology executive with a broad range of global travel and hospitality experience, within Fortune 500 international corporations. Technology industry expertise includes extensive knowledge of all aspects of travel distribution; Central Reservation Systems/call center applications, Global Distribution Systems including Galileo, Sabre Worldspan, WorldRes, Amadeus, Branded Hotel Web Sites, Other direct connect partners (Expedia, Travelocity, Orbitz, etc), as well as, broad Property Management System application and integration knowledge. In addition to extensive reservations experience I have excellent track record designing and delivering revenue/yield systems, customer loyalty systems, customer relationship management systems, as well as, leading sales, sales force automation and operations applications. I am a proven strategic thinker with a strong track record of successful delivery and execution combined with strong financial experience around IT operating and capital budgets.
