I am a Chevrolet Car Dealer in Clarkston, Michigan. I care deeply about all 58 of my employees, taking care of to the best of my abilities. I want to see my employees flourish and grow. I take care of the employees so that they can take care of the customers and treat them like they have come to our home.
My mission is to work with the customer to find the thing that will make them the happiest. I like to think of possibilities rather than say no to anything.
I came to the dealership from a strong corporate background in customer service from the Ralph Lauren Corporation. I mainly worked in New York City and learned the high level of professionalism that was expected at all times at the corporate headquarters. I have been able to infuse that in the dealership and bring about a change of environment to make sure we are focused on the customer first.
My goals include making your experience at Bowman Chevrolet a consistently great event. To cultivate relationships with our customers, employees and vendors that make them all want to keep coming back through our doors. To be connected to the Clarkston and Greater Oakland County community as a partner to support events and organizations that make peoples lives better.
