About The Spine Center
The Spine Center, Lansing Neurosurgery's sister facility, is an "all in one" option for pain treatment. Board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation physicians collaborate with physical therapists and massage and acupuncture providers to offer rehabilitation, sports medicine, physical therapy, pain management, spinal injections, massage and acupuncture.
The Spine Center features 10,000 square feet of physical therapy space, a large heated pool for aquatic therapy and an on-site pain treatment facility where our physicians perform injections to alleviate pain and conduct EMG tests to diagnose nerve injuries and disorders.
Heather Boyce has been with The Spine Center since its opening in September, 2007 and
was instrumental in helping establish the physical therapy program at our new facility.
Heather enjoys the opportunity to work individually with each patient to help them return
to the things they love to do.
Heather graduated from Davenport University from the Physical Therapist Assistant
Program in 2003. She has experience in inpatient and outpatient settings. Heather has
continued her education with taking courses in aquatic therapy, extremity joint mobs,
myofascial release, mobilization of the cervical spine, thoracic spine and ribs and general
treatment of the lumbar complex.
